5 Commonest iPhone 11 Problems & Their Solutions

Similar to any other gadget available in the market, iPhone11 has its share of issues as well. A few problems have been identified during iPhone repair in Redlands. In this article, we are sharing the top five of the leading problems and their respective solutions.

  1. Activation

Activation issues are frequent if you attempt to get a new device up and running for the first time, irrespective of the model, and the iPhone 11 isn’t an exception either.

Probable Solutions:

Once you face problems activating the iPhone 11, initially ensure that all systems are up and running by checking Apple’s System Status page. When anything isn’t toggled green, wait until all systems are running and attempt again. Once it’s green and yet non-operative, check that your device has a SIM card inserted. Once you switch the SIM card from your old device into your new one, attempt that first. When you get a No SIM or Invalid SIM error message, a center for iPhone Repair in Lake Elsinore recommends the following steps.

  • Check if the wireless plan is running.

  • Update your handset to the current iOS version and restart.

  • Settings > General > Software Update. When an update is available, there’ll be a prompt to select OK or Update, or Install Now if 50% or more battery or plugged in.

  • Replacthe SIM card from the tray and put it back again. The tray must close properly. You should exclusively use the tray provided with your device.

  • Attempt another SIM card. Replace the present SIM card with a new one, if needed.

  1. Wireless Charging

Problems with flawed wireless charging are quite commonCertain customers with Qi wireless chargers complain that after they place any iPhone 11 model on the charger, the iPhone may acknowledge it as a charger, but will not charge in reality, and can be hot to touch.

Probable Solutions:

You can continue charging with a wired connection. Ensure that you update your iPhone’s OS with the stable iOS 15. Mechanical navigationare a power-off reset/restart, as it has fixed the problem for a few people. During iPhone repair in South Riverside, the following steps are followed-

  • Press and release volume up.

  • Press and release the volume down.

  • Hold the power button and wait for the Apple logo to reappear.

If your case stores plastic money or security passes, remove them before charging your device or simply remove the case completely before charging.

  1. Wi-Fi Connection

When you are facing issuewhile connecting to Wi-Fi, or your connection constantly drops or is slow, there are certain things that you may try before laying hands on your device.

Probable Solutions:

At the outsetensure your Wi-Fi is functioning properly or reset your router to confirmOnce you’re connected to your network, unplug the router for one minute, plug it back in, and reconnect. When the home Wi-Fi is fine, pick up your iPhone and confirm that you have your Wi-Fi password with you before beginning.

Settings > Wi-Fi.
Tap the info circle.
Tap Forget This Network and attempt reconnecting. You have to re-input your password.

Or try resetting your network through the following-

  1.  Data Connection

When service is poor or constantly you can’t connect to your network, you need to follow the following steps as recommended during an iPhone Repair in Montclair.

Probable Solutions:

The initial step is to restart your device and switch on Airplane Mode for 30 seconds before switching it off. When that doesn’t solve the issue, check the service provider for outages or check reports on local social media.

In iOS 15, you are free to toggle Cellular Data and/or LTE off and on.

  • Tap Settings.

  • Tap Cellular.

  • Tap Cellular Data Options.

  • Tap Voice & Data > LTE.

  • Change to 3G and again back to LTE.

Additionally, you may toggle Cellular Data off and on too.

Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data. Toggle it off and then back on.

  1. Face ID

When you face issues with the iPhone 11’s Face ID unlock feature, find out what to do.

Probable Solutions:

Check if your iPhone 11 is running the newest version of iOS 14 or iOS 15. That would immediately clear up everything. If it doesn’t, then attempt the following-

Tap Settings > Face ID & Passcode. Nowensure that Face ID is set up on your device and all the features you’re intended to use Face ID with are enabled. When you face issues with your face to unlock your device, ensure that you’re directly staring at the screen and that the room is sufficiently light so that the camera can track your face. Attempt to bring the device 11 closer to your face or place it more at face level. Confirm that there’s no dust, dirt, or debris blocking the TRUE Depth camera of the iPhone.

There could be many more issues. However, if you can solve the above challenges by yourself, then you’ll surely enjoy using your iPhone 11.
